2025年度AURA亚洲城市更新奖 总榜单发布
作为聚焦城市更新实践与创新项目的专业赛事平台，“2025年度AURA亚洲城市更新奖”在走过了项目征集、初审和终评各个环节后，今日终于揭晓。国内外150余家单位申报的近300个项目参与角逐。27位专业评委从创新性、可持续性、社会价值、文化传承等多个维度进行严格评选，最终遴选出各个类别金奖、银奖和优秀奖获奖项目。
The 2025 Asia Urban Renewal Awards, a professional competition platform focusing on urban renewal practices and innovative projects, finally announced its winners today after a rigorous process of project solicitation, preliminary review, and final evaluation. Nearly 300 projects submitted by over 150 domestic and international organizations competed. A panel of 27 professional judges rigorously evaluated the projects based on multiple criteria, including innovation, sustainability, social value, and cultural heritage, ultimately selecting Gold, Silver, and Excellence Award winners in each category.
获奖项目中，既有将老旧工业区转型为创意产业园的典范之作，也有将历史街区保护与现代化功能完美融合的精品案例；既有解决高密度城市空间问题的智慧方案，也有为社区微更新提供创新思路的贴心设计。这些作品共同诠释了设计在城市更新中的核心价值——不仅是物理空间的改造，更是城市活力与人文精神的唤醒。
The winning projects include exemplary projects transforming old industrial areas into creative industrial parks, as well as exquisite examples that seamlessly integrate the preservation of historic neighborhoods with modern functionality. They offer intelligent solutions to the challenges of high-density urban spaces, while thoughtful designs offer innovative approaches to community micro-renewal. Together, these works exemplify the core value of design in urban renewal—not just the transformation of physical space, but the awakening of urban vitality and humanistic spirit.
本届赛事，中国建筑西南设计研究院有限公司在设计竞赛中力拔头筹，凭借“成都交子人行桥”、“祠堂街有机更新”、“上海长宁区安化路201号乙办公楼改造”等项目高表现创造性设计与实用性的作品，斩获双金奖2项、城市更新建筑设计金奖1项。
In this competition, CSWADI won two double gold awards and one urban renewal architectural design gold award with projects such as "Chengdu Jiaozi Pedestrian Bridge", "Organic Renewal of Citang Street", and "Renovation of Office Building B, No. 201, Anhua Road, Changning District, Shanghai", taking the lead and becoming the biggest winner of this competition.
作为专注更新领域30年的行业领导者，北京华清安地建筑设计有限公司以“十八梯传统风貌区核心区建筑设计”、“大连东关街历史文化街区保护和再利用”、“浙江龙泉望瓯文化街区”赢得1项双金奖、1项遗产保护与利用金奖和1项城市更新建筑设计金奖，充分彰显了在工业遗址改造、历史文化街区更新领域的深厚实力。
As an industry leader with 30 years of experience in renewal, An-Design Architects located in Beijing won a double gold award, a gold award for heritage protection and utilization, and a gold award for urban renewal architectural design with projects "Architectural Design of the Core Area of the Shibati Traditional Style District", "Protection and Reuse of the Historical and Cultural Block of Dongguan Street in Dalian", and "Wangou Cultural Block in Longquan, Zhejiang", fully demonstrating its profound strength in the fields of industrial site transformation and historical and cultural block renewal.
