岁月不居,章回更替。
「AURA亚洲城市更新奖」2025年度余韵尚在掌心流转,我们怀着共同的愿景和期待,又将启动2026年度的项目征集工作。本届赛事,我们不仅对奖项设置做出了较大幅度的优化和调整,设立了“城市再生典范大奖”、“存量资产活化典范大奖”、“社会与社区贡献奖”三项年度最高荣誉,还力邀清华大学建筑学院张杰教授、同济大学建筑与规划学院章明教授、日本国学院大学观光城市建设学部院长西村 幸夫教授以及新加坡国家公园局设计与科研发展署高级署长杨明忠先生、优享创智创始人毛大庆先生担任联合评审主席,以提高奖项的权威性与公正性。
Time stops for no one, and the chapters change from one to the next. The echoes of the 2025 AURA Award is still resonating, and with the same vision and anticipation, we are now launching the call for submissions for the 2026 awards.
In the 2026 competition, we made significant optimizations and adjustments to the award categories, establishing three top annual honors: the "Urban Regeneration Exemplary Award" , "Stock Assets Revitalization Exemplary Award" and "Society and Community Contribution Award".
Furthermore, we have invited Professor. Jie Zhang from the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University, Professor. Ming Zhang from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University, Professor. Yukio Nishimura, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Urban Development at Kokugakuin University in Japan, Mr.YEO Meng Tong, Senior Director of the Design and Research Development Department at the National Parks Board of Singapore, and Mr. Daqing Mao, founder of UR COMMUNITY, to serve as co-chairs of the judging panel, in order to enhance the authority and fairness of the awards.

The AURA Award aims to identify, celebrate, and share outstanding urban renewal practices across Asia. 亚洲城市更新奖(Asia Urban Renewal Awards, 英文简称:AURA), 旨在寻找和挖掘在城市更新领域中具有革新性、示范性和推广价值的杰出项目及发展模式,褒奖对城市可持续性发展、功能提升、生态环境改善、人文传承、精细化治理等方面具有推动作用及示范意义的治理范式、作品、技术和人物。通过突出、宣传和推广优秀的范例,为城市发展提供多元化的解决方案,引领城市更新高质量发展,并为获奖者提供展示成功与才华的舞台。
The Asia Urban Renewal Award aims to find and explore outstanding projects and development models with innovative, exemplary and promotional value in the field of urban renewal, and commend governance paradigms, works, technologies and figures that have driving and exemplary significance for urban sustainable development, functional improvement, ecological environment improvement, cultural heritage, refined governance, etc. By highlighting, publicizing and promoting excellent examples, it provides diversified solutions for urban development, leads the high-quality development of urban renewal, and provides a stage for winners to showcase their success and talents.

「AURA亚洲城市更新奖」评选分为申报、初评和终评三个阶段。初评阶段决定参选是否入围,终评阶段由国内外知名专家组成的评审团,对入围作品进行评选,最终角逐出各个类别的金奖、银奖、优秀奖。
The Asia Urban Renewal Award (AURA) selection consists of three stages: application, preliminary review and final review. The preliminary review stage determines whether the entry is shortlisted. In the final review stage, a jury composed of well-known domestic and foreign experts will select the shortlisted works and finally compete for the gold, silver and merit awards in each category.


「AURA亚洲城市更新奖」共设置四大类别,分别是“年度综合大奖”、 “专项奖”、“人物与企业奖”和“城市更新传媒奖”。每个大类又根据对象、用途、专业等设置若干个子项奖,具体说明如下:
The AURA Award consists of four main categories: "Annual Grand Awards", "Professional Awards", "Character and Enterprise Awards" and "Urban Renewal Medias Awards" . Each main category is further divided into several subcategories based on the subject, purpose, and professional field, as detailed below:
年度综合大奖
Annual Grand Awards
作为AURA年度最高荣誉,申报单位无需直接申报,而是由评审委员会根据所有评委的综合评价,采取直接授予的方式产生。其获奖数量控制在总入围数量的5%-8%。
As AURA's highest annual honor, nominations are not submitted directly by the participating organizations. Instead, the award is granted directly by the judging committee based on the comprehensive evaluations of all judges. The number of winners is limited to 5%-8% of the total number of finalists.

城市再生典范大奖
Urban Regeneration Exemplary Award
奖项描述:强调在经济活力、生态环境、社会人文、文化风貌、治理与运营等方面的“均好性”,以及创新性和引领性。通常情况下,只有获得至少2个专项金奖的项目,才有资格获得年度“城市再生典范大奖”。

存量资产活化典范大奖
Stock Assets Revitalization Exemplary Award
奖项描述:旨在表彰通过制度、技术、业态、金融和管理模式创新,并取得突破性成果,实现资产价值重生、功能再造与创新利用方面具有标杆意义的项目实践与操盘团队。获奖项目或获奖者,由评审委员会从运营专项金奖、杰出人物与企业奖、适应性再利用金奖项目中选出。

社会与社区贡献奖
Society and Community Contribution Award
奖项描述:评价标准不仅关注物理空间的改造,更注重城市更新对社会融合、社区活力和居民福祉的长期影响。获奖项目或获奖者,由评审委员会从专项金奖、杰出人物与企业奖中选出。
专项奖
Professional Awards
根据专业方向、项目性质以及价值导向,AURA共设置10个专项奖。专项奖需要申报单位自行申报,并提交详细的评审资料。专项奖也是年度综合大奖的基础,年度最高荣誉均从专项奖中产生。每个专项奖具体描述,请参阅《申报说明书》。
Based on professional focus, project nature, and value orientation, AURA has established 10 special awards. Applicants must apply for these professional awards themselves and submit detailed evaluation materials. Theseprofessional awards also form the basis for the Annual Grand Awards, the highest annual honors will be selected from among the professional award winners. For a detailed description of each special award, please refer to the "Application Instructions".

人物与企业奖
Character and Enterprise Awards
旨在表彰在城市更新领域中涌现出的优秀人才、团队和企业。
The award aims to recognize outstanding people, teams, and companies that have emerged in the field of urban renewal.
城市更新传媒奖
Urban Renewal Medias Awards
旨在表彰传播城市更新理论、知识、项目实践,倡导城市更新价值和人文关怀的公共媒体、专业期刊和自媒体。
This award aims to recognize public media, professional journals, and self-medias that disseminate theories, knowledge, and practical applications of urban renewal, and advocate for the values and humanistic concerns of urban renewal.

近5年内已竣工和已运营的各类城市更新项目,尚未完工及中标待建项目也可申报。但未完工项目将单独进行评审,且不能参与年度最高荣誉的评定。具体包括:
Urban renewal projects of various types that have been completed and operated within the past five years are eligible to apply. Projects that are still under construction can also apply. but usually, unfinished projects will be reviewed separately and will not be eligible for the highest annual award. Specifically, this includes:

奖项评审分为申报、初评和终评三个阶段。初审决定是否入围,终评决定金、银、优秀奖获奖名单。
The selection consists of three stages: application, preliminary review and final review. The preliminary review stage determines whether the entry is shortlisted. In the final review stage, a jury composed of well-known domestic and foreign experts will select the shortlisted works and finally compete for the gold and silver awards in each category.

年度综合大奖获奖数量控制在总入围数量的5%-8%;专项金奖数量不高于总入围数量的20%;银奖不高于入围数量的30%。
The number of winners for the annual grand award will be limited to 5%-8% of the total number of shortlisted projects; the number of special gold awards will not exceed 20% of the total number of shortlisted projects; and the number of silver awards will not exceed 30% of the total number of shortlisted projects.

评审采用评委赋分的方式进行评审,每个项目去掉最高分值和最低分值后,取其平均分。
The evaluation was conducted using a scoring system by judges. For each project, the highest and lowest scores were removed, and the average of the remaining scores was taken.
04.
原则上,对已建成项目和尚未落地的项目采取分开评审。此外,尚未完工及中标待建的申报项目,均不参与年度综合大奖的评审。
In principle, completed projects and unfinished projects will be reviewed separately. Furthermore, unfinished projects will not be considered for the annual grand awards.
05.
老旧小区改造、城市小微空间更新等项目,受限于场地条件与投资预算,难以同其他类别的项目进行直接比较。因此,对于申报这两类奖项的项目进行独立评审。
Projects involving the renovation of older residential areas and the renewal of urban micro-spaces are difficult to compare directly with other types of projects due to limitations in site conditions and investment budgets. Therefore, these two categories of projects will be reviewed independently.
06.
所有申报项目在评审过程中,均采用匿名的方式,项目设计单位、主创团队名称均不在评审资料中体现。
All submitted projects are reviewed anonymously. the names of firm and team not being included in the review materials.

「AURA亚洲城市更新奖」的评委来自不同国家和专业领域,均为行业内资深专家,拥有不同专业背景和广阔的视野,包括开发、设计、运营、行政管理、法律等,能够从多个维度和视角对参赛项目进行公正、客观的评价。
The judges of the AURA come from different countries and fields. They are all senior experts in the industry with different professional backgrounds and broad vision, including development, design, operation, administration, law, etc. They can evaluate the participating projects fairly and objectively from multiple dimensions and perspectives.


备注:其他界别评委持续更新中,最终评审团队会于2026年7月10日前公布。届时,将另行通知。

1、本次赛事组织和运营服务由北京中外友联建筑文化交流中心、城更空间(天津)文化传播有限公司共同承担,由其负责申报资料收集与整理、协调与组织各项评审事宜并负责申报单位咨询工作。
The organization and operation services of this competition are jointly undertaken by UnionFriendship Association of Architecture & Engineering and UR Space (Tianjin) Culture Communication Co., Ltd., which are responsible for collecting and collating the application materials, coordinating and organizing various review matters, and consulting the applicants.
2、本次赛事费用发票由城更空间(天津)文化传播有限公司和北京中外友联建筑文化交流中心共同开具增值税专用发票或普票。
The invoices for expenses related to this event will be jointly issued by UR Space (Tianjin) Culture Communication Co., Ltd and UnionFriendship Association of Architecture & Engineering.
